Upon receiving the customer’s order, our team reviews the order details including product type, quantity, packaging, and any specific customer requirements. We then begin preparing the shipment according to these details.
At this stage, the necessary export documents are issued, which include: – Commercial Invoice: A detailed description of the product, price, payment terms, and information about the sender and receiver.
– Packing List: Detailed information about how the products are packed, including net weight, gross weight, and contents of each carton or bag.
If required, we collaborate with reputable international inspection companies like SGS to assess the quality of the shipment before loading. This step may include visual inspection or more detailed checks (chemical inspections) depending on the product type.
Quality-related documents are issued, including: – Phytosanitary Certificate: To confirm the product meets the plant import requirements of the destination country.
– Certificate of Origin: Certifying the country of origin of the product, issued by the “Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture.”
– Certificate of Analysis (COA): Issued to show the test results on the product samples.
– Inspection Report from International Inspection Companies (e.g., SGS): This report is issued after physical and/or chemical inspection of the cargo.
After the inspection and quality documents are completed, shipping documents are issued, including:
– Air Waybill (AWB): For air shipments, this is the receipt issued by the airline.
– Bill of Lading (BL): For sea shipments, this is the receipt issued by the shipping line.
– CMR: For road transport, this international agreement includes the rights and obligations of the involved parties.
Once the necessary documents are prepared, the goods are loaded and transported to the final destination. We fully monitor and track the shipment to ensure timely delivery.
We continuously track the shipment from loading to delivery at the destination, ensuring the goods arrive in perfect condition and on time.
